My Story
I’m Erika Fonseca, a Raleigh-based mortgage broker with Oak City Lending. After years in corporate finance and earning my MBA from Penn State, I shifted my focus to something more meaningful: guiding people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives—buying a home.
